Our designs are inspired by real-life off-road and overland adventures across the rugged landscapes of Arizona and beyond. Every shirt, hat, patch, and sticker reflects the lifestyle we live—built from dirt roads, campfires, and trail-tested experience. We create each piece with the outdoor adventurer in mind, blending function, passion, and originality into every design.
We currently ship all over the USA, *Canada, and *Australia! We're excited to be expanding and will be adding new shipping areas very soon. Stay tuned as we grow to reach more of our off-road and outdoor community.
*Please note: Shipping costs calculated at checkout do not include any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by countries outside the United States. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery by the destination country.

With all of our apparel made to order, most orders are processed, shipped, and received within *5-9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Patches and stickers are typically in stock and ready to ship by the next business day after the order is placed.
*Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on several factors that may be beyond our control.
**It is possible that orders with multiple items may ship separately due to timing of fulfillment and variances in packaging type/size.
Return Policy
Thank you for supporting our small, family-run business! Each apparel item we offer is made to order , meaning it’s created just for you once your purchase is placed. This approach helps us keep costs low, quality high, and ensures we can continue offering unique products at the best possible prices.
Apparel
Because each piece is custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on apparel unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@AZOverland.net within 7 days of delivery with your order information, and we’ll be happy to help.
Patches & Stickers
We gladly accept returns on patches and stickers if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at support@AZOverland.net with your order details within 7 days of delivery to start the return process.
If you change your mind or simply don’t like the item, we’ll issue a refund as long as the item is returned unused and in original condition. In this case, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
